Bookings must be secured by credit card or debit card.
Payment on departure or on arrival if departing before 10.00am
72 hours notice must be given for cancellations.
2 weeks or longer for group booking or if staying 4 days or more.
Cancellations or alterations to bookings must be provided in writing or via the website.
Verbal cancellations or alterations will not be accepted.
Late cancellations and premature departures( regardless of reason ) will be charged in full.
